You know what would interest me is that the project names be links to the project and the position numbers be links to the stats.

Another thing is showing the credit for the people on the credit line and the RAC for the Top Shrubbers. Could bring on more competition, if people knew what was going on.

I know a little more work, but might bring more interest in certain projects.

I'd love to do all that (and more), but at the moment I'm just doing a manual update each morning, taking ~1½ hours.

What I really want to do is a real stats site (along the lines of Stats'n'Stones), but haven't the time or skills to do it as I'd like.

I can probably add project links, but I'm afraid that is probably all I can manage at the moment.

There is a VB6 prog that produces the (original) stats, but it was written for Yanks to run in the evening.

Free-DC move on a day at midnight = 06:00 GMT (my time-zone). Unfortunately, I don't get home from work until ~06:30, so if I run it, I still need to trawl through all the projects to pick up yesterdays bits (Milestones, etc.).

So while I was already looking at all the projects, I've been adding bits until I've now landed myself with a fair task. Then it seemed a bit senseless to run the updater and still add lots manually...

I don't mind, as long as it's useful. I must admit I've seen some gratifying reaction since I started adding overtake details.

Look at tomorrow's update, I've incorporated some of your list.
