I saw someone here mentioned that they knew in advance that there was going to be a large cosmo credit update. (I can't remember where or who)
I got 19000 or 21000 depending which site I use to look at my credits.
So what was that all about? I have looked at their site and can't find an explanation. _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

I got a bunch too. I would like to know what it was about, but I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

There was a problem with the URL -
Many many crunched WU's had to be aborted -
You should have if you have not - detach and re-attach from the project because of this problem.
The admin was moving URL's and 3 days work for all crunchers was lost. Because of the difficulty in granting credit for only work that had been crunched and trying to figure out if it had been crunched because of the forced detach from the project. The admin has just granted credit for all work in your cache up to that time.
Seems those with larger caches got more credit -
Project is back on track now - and you need to detach and re-attach from the project as the old URL's are not working and all work in your cache should have already gotten credit. _________________ Most Milestone Stats

Ahh, That Splains it.. I was pretty ticked off about having to waste all those work units. I feel a little better now. _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......
