If you need help on component selection or build, only to pleased to be of service.
We recommend Q6600 Quad 2.4GHz Stepping G0, on P35 chipset mobo (e.g. Asus P5K). Get some decent CAS4 PC2-6400 and, even with the stock air cooler, you can add 4000 PPD. (Don't skimp on the PSU, 480W is sensible).
