John, you walked in at the wrong time. Adonis was standing near the statue, but had to duck out to the shops to get a new filter so you didn't see him.

On his way to the market, John peers into the window and sees the mess from the latest drunken debauchery last night.....people on the floor, clothing nowhere to be seen, something furry hanging from the ceiling fan, the cow in the corner and the lone awake person sucking the fumes from the last keg.
