I spent a couple hours in the emergency room. I went out of town for the last 2 days, and on my birthday twisted my knee really bad. See specialist tomorrow. |

OK, Specialist thinks I just dislocated it, and when I fell it popped back in place. I am in a new brace which allows me to "walk" on it, with crutches.
Hopefully in a few weeks I will be good as new. |

Happy Belated Birthday!!!!
I was on vacation. Sorry to hear about your knee. It gives you a good excuse to have a "few" to dull the pain.... _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

Youch! That wasn't a nice thing to happen on your birthday! I hope your knee is much better soon. _________________ My brain hurts.

I am already getting around the house without the crutches, but I use one when I am out and about just for stability.
I am getting some nice preferential treatment by friends / placed I go to, when they see me hobbling along.
I thank all of you for the warm wishes. Looks like I will heal pretty fast, and well. _________________ Watch the movie about me The 4-1-4s: The Original Teenage Hackers (It is only about 12 minutes long.)

Go to Disney NOW! Use a wheelchair. I was just there. If you are in a wheelchair, you get moved to just about the front of the line every time. I was contemplating throwing myself down a flight of stairs just for that.
PS Glad to hear you are starting to feel better. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

You can skip the flight of stairs. Just go to guest services and tell them you're disabled. They'll give you the line jumping pass, no questions asked (questions lead to lawsuits). _________________ KWSN Forum Admin

Well, truth be told I was also considering doing it to the wife first, but then I would have had to push her around the parks, so I figured that if I took the fall, she could push me around. I know, the sacrifices I make for my family..... _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!
