I to feel this paper is dismissive of the many variables, there is no mention of the Smooth-v-Crunchy debate that has confounded many, for the past decade or two or three or four or five (co-decades) and avoids totally the Jellycentrict views of Sun-Pat working at the High Viscosity Nut Research Center.
