I don't think so, I've been there it's falling down, I suggest Amsterdam with all the drugs and hookers it should be a hotbed of political fun and an endless source of newspaper stories.

Hey, there is LOTS of drugs & hookers in Washington, D.C. too. They just try to keep it a bit quieter down there because it is not legal. The politicans partake just fine and there are always enough stories to go around (remember Marion Barry (The mayor of Washington D.C.)).
