Next Week, the Formula 1 moves to Indianapolis. For fans of the race, your predictions please. Mine are:

1. Massa
2. Raikonnen
3. Hamilton

(Okay I want Ferrari in first and second place, I want Ferrari to win).

As I said before:
1. Alonso
2. Massa
3. Hamilton

Tenebra, do you really think Raikkonen will get a podium? He's a finished driver before even starting. Wink

1, Hamilton
2, Alonso
3, Heidfeld

But 2 and 3 will be way back on our new boy!

Sir JONB,
you must be thankful for having such a marvelous young driver. He will win lots of championships, but none before Magic Alonso says goodbye. Very Happy

To paraphrase the great man himself (Murray Walker):

"To finish first, first you have to be finnish"

I doubt Kimi will win. Alonso detests Indy.

I think Massa will be on the podium alongside the two McLarens.

I'd plump for Alonso first, followed by Hamilton and Massa

Kimi just seems to have gone a bit Ecky-ecky-ecky-ecky-P'tang, Zzoo-Boing, gdgdbaaoizen

I still think that Massa and Hamilton will be on the podium.

And, yes, Kimi is not doing well this year. But, unfortunately, it was time for Schumi to leave the driver's seat.

I'm afraid Raikkonen is parsecs away from Michael Schumacher.

I reckon that Alonso will be a smigeon quicker than Hamilton, but a minor problem will drop him back (just to reinforce his "unfair treatment" theory). Raikonnen will qualify well, but throw away a podium, with Massa giving a solid performance. BMW will continue to improve. That makes it:-

Grid:
Alonso / Raikonnen
Massa / Hamilton
Heidfeld / et al

Result:
1. Hamilton
2. Massa
3. Heidfeld

Free trials have been for Alonso the Magical, King of Asturies. I hope he keeps the line.

Qualifying round is over with the two MacLarens in front, and the two Ferraris in the second row:

1. Hamilton
2. Alonso
3. Massa
4. Raikonnen

And Alonso is dissatisfied with MacLaren, probably because they are promoting Hamilton. Hamilton though is a really good driver.

Yes, although I am an Alonso supporter (he was born and raised in Oviedo, capital city of Asturies, and 25 km from my own town) I don't like the way he has of complaining when things go bad for him. He did the same in Renault....

Anyway, I hope he will win this race and 2007 championship.

The thing will start in half an hour. Take your seat and prepare to enjoy the race. #ni-1

Indianapolis race is over, and results are in:

1. Hamilton
2. Alonso
3. Massa

Raikonnen did better although he should clean up his act a bit.

The young Brit is making it extraordinarily well. The fellow Asturian is going to have a tough rival for the following years... But not this one. Smile

See you in France
