man where's the youtube video that would have been awesome to see.. I can imagine the wheels on the chair smoking the hubs glowing red.. supprised the front wheels didn't snap off and he go tumbling forward..

Nahh - isn't incredible the way the cops and the media get everything wrong!
The guy was pulling the semi. It was stalled at the light and he offered to give it a tow. He didn't know that you are not allowed to tow semi's at more than 30 mph
