dTASSER-0.3x will be the first version of dTASSER that we have used any optimization flags. In our testing we've observed that a 5:45 minute job now completes in 3:10 minutes with the exact same output. This should work well with the upcoming longer workunits. The web server has taken a serious beating over the last day due to the release of new dTASSER versions and the short job length. We are currently compiling and testing dTASSER-0.3x. This version will have checkpointing which will allow us to run longer more meaningful jobs. The current plan is to release dTASSER-0.3x on Monday, April 16.
