did'ja miss me?
I had been captured and taken to Florida by a wicked elf. who was using my head as a lantern for a party...but you know how those elven parties go days at a time, with a magical candle where my brain should go.
I accidentally travelled hundreds of miles in style, only to see flying orbs whacked about by young horses from back home. I had a visit with my father, a crusty old gourd that wants to have fleas, and pondered strange objects of mechanical wonder.
All the pumpkins got together, and discussed things pumkinical, such as chin whiskers and how to avoid them, and what sort of limerick rhyme should be used with "orange". I stayed in a cave with many rooms, because all the smaller caves were filled with smoke and ashes. And I met with a real leprechaun who swallowed some pixie dust, met a fairy, and created a princess.
Then I slept, did a step-n-clap, and kicked a long haired hippie out of my attic.
All in all, quite a week!

There is a logical explanation for everything...mostly. A couple of well placed synonyms, puns, and obscure references rendered the account of my enjoyable business trip completely unintelligable. And I made up a few bits.
