We are compiling the new version of dTASSER for the various platforms. dtasser-0.2 contains changes that will drastically reduce the amount of virtual memory required. This does change the amount of memory dTASSER uses, just changes when it reserves it. The next set of work will be called Target 0348. This will be the first non test set of work we've released for dTASSER.The server side scheduler and homogeneous redundancy do not work well together. There are people looking in to this. We need to give them the time they need to resolve this issue. In the mean time please accept the 'there was work, but it was for another platform' message as a necessary evil.
