This is a cool lil sys monitoring util someone put me onto today. Thought I'd post some pics of the version I'm modifying hehe.

Big Picture of entire desktop (1600x1200 @ 865kb, beware)

The graphics/layout is from a "default" setup, but so far I have:
1- Compacted it down to be a little smaller.
2- Split the CPU graph in half, and added monitoring for individual CPUs (cores).
3- Added tracking of system usage on CPUs (dark blue is user, the cyan at the bottom is system)
4- Completely re-did the RAM section, and added all of the Virtual memory tracking stuff. Probably going to redo that again though, I don't like it hehe.
5- Made D: show 0's instead of a big fat error because I have no D:
6- Changed all of the fonts
7- Made the HDD load bar change to red (from a blue similar to the ones above) when > 80%

To do:
1- Split the bandwidth bar (one for up, one for down) so they can be scaled seperately.
2- Redo the memory section again lol.

Sometimes being bored is fun. Cool

My Samurizes' power grows! Look at all that glorious info! It's enough to make your head explode with numerical statistic overload. I lurv it!

What's new:

Compacted info a bit more to cram more in there w/o actually making the Samu any bigger.
Added User & System % display for each CPU/core.
Split the network graphs to be up and down, and increased their resolution 200% (i.e. made the max value on the graph 1/2 as much haha).
Changed the memory section around again and added % values.
Recolorized the memory and HDD bars.
Removed the HDD alert (made the bar red) in favor of a gradiant, bar gradually turns red as it approaches 100%.
Added HDD E:\
Changed most of the label text to 235/235/235 (just slightly off white) to try to accent the numerical data (which is still 255/255/255 white) a little. May tweak that more.
Fixed it so that D & E drives don't error or show 0 when not present. (Fixed after the above pic taken hehe)

To do:

Center the "System" thing at the top to match the others.
Make a l33tsig version that looks just like the sig I use here, but with live information hehe.
Think of something else to do.

PS: If anyone wants one, go to Samurize.com and download the app. It's capable of a LOT more than I'm doing, and there are tons of plugins to make it do more (like TV listings, weather, Winamp/iTunes control, notepads, calendars, etc). There are tons of skins you can use (including the one I'm butchering), but if you want mine for some reason just let me know... I'll put it on my site for download hehe.

I DO have a hobby, it's lurking this forum 18 hrs a day waiting for the next post haha.

Well v0.3 is out of my skin for Samurize, I even have an alpha tester now. Shocked

Realized my previous pics were not showing that it's mostly transparent.

What's new in 0.3:

Fixed CPU1 to not error on a single-core/cpu system.
Removed all instances of stupid mouse-over effect that made all stats freak out. Incidentally, removes the requirement for the DLL that makes that effect and reduces the skin down to 52kb in size.
Made the Processes text a link to taskmanager.
Made the hard drive letters clickable links to Explorer at the root of that drive.
Centered the System thing at the top.

To-do:

Figure out a way to fit in F: in HDD (my tester has too many drives haha).
Push labels further into gray (away from white) text to bring out numbers more.
Work on the sensors add-on (for fan speeds, case/cpu/hdd temps, etc).
Make Mohrorless post more often so I have something to read and reply to.

And v0.4! Last of the night, I promise, as it's 6am and I've not been to bed yet lol.

What's new:

CPU0 & 1 mouse-over with CPU name
Added \ to HDD letters, and mouse-over with HDD model
MB Used/Free clickable to explore the drive.
