So are you going to watch the game today?
If so what are you going to eat during it? Got a menu? Tell us about it here!
I'm watching and I'm going to have pizza rolls (mini egg roll looking things stuffed with cheese, sauce and pepperoni), a ranch and bacon pasta salad, the usual chips, nachos, pretzles and other assorted junk food with some sort rasberry jam crumble for later on.
If you are going to blow the diet, you might as well nuke it!

Watching it right now! A friend of mine has a 56 inch HDTV and the superbowl is of course being broadcast in HD so it is pretty sweet even though I'm not really into football all that much. We have some snack food... wings, chips, lil' smokeys and some pizza.
The picture looks amazing but apparently cox is having trouble handling the load. The video is stuttering and pausing a fair amount. It was really bad at the beginning but seems to have gotten better now.
Halftime just ended. So far there have been some hilarious ads. Oh and the game has been ok too. Tons of turnovers and a lot of rain. |

It was the same here in NYC on my cable TV. My guess is it was the feed out of Miami because of the weather. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

Watched some of it here in Australia. My son and I really "got into" grid iron a few years ago when one game every week was shown here plus a highlights package. Now the superbowl is the only game we get all year on free to air TV.
Great kick off return to start the game. It's late morning / early afternoon local time, and I'm busy doing "stuff". There is a replay at 10pm tonight, I'll watch it properly then.
But they really are sissies... In Aussie rules football the only protection they wear is a mouthguard and a jock stap. I have a friend who played for 20+ years, and he said if he didn't get his nose broken at least once a season he felt he just wasn't trying

Good game, not perfect weather - nice for a change to see the weather get involved in a Super Bowl. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

Yup.....watched it all last night....we had $118.29 worth of Chinese takeout for our Super Bowl Bash...we we're all rooting for Indy (even though they were the ones who knocked out the Patriots) except for my Son-In-Law, who has been a long time Bears fan....who was whooping it up big time after the first quarter ended but was a silent mute by the end of the game....
Crow anyone? |

You missed some great action, though The Lady Elderberry preferred the half-time show (kittens).
