Ralph has been updated to 5.79. This version adjusts inlcudes support for having small molecules present when running protein-protein docking. This will be very useful in the current round of CAPRI that we are involved in. Please report bugs in this thread. (FYI, there may be a slight issue with posting on the message boards that we are trying to fix.)
