Hi Knights,
I'm running three projects: Seti, Rosetta and Einstein. I have some problems (I think) with Seti. Little WU's, ones lasting 1 hour more or less, don't cause problem, bt when dealing with those of 15 hours, the % of advance goes back and forward, and the remaining time is enlarging forever. I get messages of "message timeout". Any clue about this?
Thnaks a lot. _________________

I haven't had any problems with any WUs. Yes, some WUs increase the "To completion" time when running at the start up to a point, but that's understandable. Never heard the % going up and down.
You could try the following: first set SETI not to get any new work, then wait until all the WUs are finished and have reported and then reset the project. _________________

Yes, it's SETI. How can I get that app? _________________

Update: Because of some server-side code issues at SETI right now, I have to recommend staying away from the optimized app if you don't have it already. Right now it's causing the project to not give you work, and most of the workarounds create as many problems as they solve. The only resolution right now is either to remove the optimized app and run the original code, or to suspend the project and wait for them to sort it out on their side. _________________
