The KWSN would like to wish Sir John Quixote a very Birthday!!
Sir John Quixote doesn't appear to have posted since October, so he may not see this. Nevermind, we can still have a party.
Happy Birthday, Sir John Quixote!!

thank ye all most kindly
Clanking on in rusty armor and none the wiser - so the dastardly windmill is a cactus?
Prepare thyself for battle, thou prickly and unprincipled giant - ye shall get thy thorns shaved and will be beaten into fourth rate tequila - whatever the shape thou hidest in!
Hasta pronto amigas/os !

So there has been a previous Quixote? - I was slightly surprised about the "Sir John"; it isn't nor has been in my nickname (real name is 'Peter' and my birthday is actually the 10th - three days later) I joined in November - when we moved from a farm in the mountains to this town nearby - which has a number of amenities such as electricity (we generated our own), medical services when needed (getting on... and so on) some nice neighbours and after a fashion, broadband internet. We also got taxes, noise, and obnoxious people (not our nice neighbours)... though we are in a pleasant suburb around a golf course.
All this, just then in November
So thank you all again for the birthday wishes; and Michelle for The List

Aha! I think I have solved the puzzle.
Quixote, your birthday is actually the 10th of April?
Then we do have two. Sir John Quixote's birthday is the 7th of April.
He posted on the first page of the Birthday List thread. 8th post on the page.

The 10th it is! thank you - now... two Quixotes: Guess we'll have to share the Windmills - no problem but Damsels in Distress are scarce of late, since The Emancipation of Women and Lib - more often the distressed are likely to be 'lads' and they can take care of themselves as far as this Quixote is concerned, and I'll bet Sir John feels the same. But plenty of other Quests, not to worry.
April? Wonder wy April?
