version 0.20 of dTASSER has been released. The testing we've done here indicates that the initial virtual memory requests will be around 228MB, but does spike up to 910MB as the job finishes. The new workunit called t0348 requests about 3/4 Gb RAM and took about 3 minutes on my laptop. The thought is if you have about 756MB of RAM you have at least 256 MB of swap. If you have a dual core and have more than one job running at a time you may see problems. This target is for compairing a real result with what we have expected from testing. There is a second set called t0377 which will also be available. There will be 10,000 workunits, maybe 50,000 results for each target.
