Ralph is updated to 5.55. This version has an improved estimator of WU time (''percentage complete''). There are also improvements in the RNA energy function and some new RNA moves that we are exploring. Finally, there is a new protein mode where we fold two symmetric chains and dock them at the same time. Please report bugs in this thread. Thanks!
