A fellow is working on a replacement for BoincView.
Boinc.Net !
He is now in advanced beta stages. It is looking good.
I am contributing a "plug-in". I wrote a small light-weight program that will run on a Boinc host machine and gather CPU load and temp data (and HW sensors also on Linux machines) and does a UDP transfer of that data to the monitoring machine (where Boinc.Net will pick it up and display it). I have done some checking and I use about 5 mSec of CPU every 5 seconds to scan the sensors and send the data (260 bytes/transaction).
Sample of what I have so far (strand-alone scanner to check info):

Looks to be coming along nicely. Lemme know when it's a little more point and click and I'll set it up hehe.

Sign me up, too! I can even deal with a certain amount of user unfriendliness and bugs.

I tried it, but its not written for x64 machines, I get the same error with some game mod programs that use .net framework.
