.........with us?????????
There are enough of us that checked in on Christmas. Shouldn't we be spending that time with our families?
Nevermind, I think I just answered my own question..... _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

Let's see...
I went to a small party last night with a few friends, and some of my family. My parents are gone. My siblings all pretty well have family of their own, or ignore me anyway. My children are grown. Just the wife and I sitting here, listening to music we like, etc. Just a day off for us. Nothing special. Probably go out to dinner tonight. Maybe a movie this afternoon, depending if we decide to take a nap or not.
Getting older sometimes sucks. Had a hard time staying awake to 11 last night. Next weekend is going to be hell for me, trying to stay awake until midnight+ |

I did spend it with my family but laptops are these great inventions that let you socialize in real life while doing things online as well. A few times we had 3-4 laptops in the living room |

I've spent Xmas with my family ( the Italian part, anyway...wife's fault) and my sanity is RIGHT on the edge...I could become a bloody LOONY.
I kept in contact with my brother in the UK with Skype. _________________ A Shrubbery For Prez!

Isn't that the modern way of keeping in touch, Sir Brian.
Before my daughter spilt a drink on her laptop and killed it, she used to email or IM me from the kitchen table while I was on the computer in my room. _________________ My brain hurts.

I got out of it. I told everyone that I had plans somewhere else and I got to spend xmas day all alone at home.

For me it was Christmas Weekend........
My family was over for the 23rd (Saturday). We went to one of my wife's sister's house for Christmas Eve and her other sister's house for Christmas Day.
Almost glad Christmas is over _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!
