Ralph is updated to 5.37. The new application provides a few more fixes for graphics for some large proteins. We have added a feature that lets us flexibly test new shapes for our energy function. Finally, we are testing a new mode that attempts to simulate packing of several copies of a protein involved in Alzheimer's disease. Please report bugs in this thread. Thanks!
