I put WCG on my newest PC, how do I put it in the BOINC manager? TIA _________________ Don't fuss about growing older, many are denied the chance. |

I believe you register your account at WCG and choose the BOINC option (been awhile since I have done this) and then connect like you do any other project in the BOINC Manager.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will come along and explain better.

WCG has it own client or the boinc version, if you've installed the WCG client, remove it and then attach to the project using the boinc manager under tools attach to project...
go here for instructions....

Yup, just attatch through BOINC and it will download everything it needs. As mentioned elsewhere (don't make me find it and link it, I'm too lazy) account managers don't talk to it yet; i.e. BAM but they're working on that step. _________________ A Shrubbery for Prez.
