New application version 5.10 released: The new applications is available for Windows, Linux and MacOS in PowerPC and Intel CPUs. The net versions for UNIX will follow during the next week. The main improvements of the new version are a drastically reduced disk usage - the user may now specify how often the simap app may write at most to the harddrive. Additionally we reduced the dependencies of simap from other libraries, so especially on several MacOS platforms the library problems should be solved. The new application version was carefully tested on a set of different platforms. If you mention any problem, please report it in our forum.
