After some great results with 5.03, we're trying one more update (ralph 5.04). This new app should have far fewer file transfer errors after the watchdog aborts the app. We've also made the watchdog a little less aggressive. Finally, we've added more checkpoints -- the introduction of the first round of checkpoints in 5.03 *tripled* the rate of data generation for big jobs. Please report bugs in this thread. We're planning to update Rosetta@home next if Ralph 5.04 goes smoothly!
