Noticed that there wasn't a main SIMAP thread. Anyways here it is. We also lost 2 places today, and we lose a third in 9 days.

SIMAP is a protein project somewhat similar to Rosetta and Predictor. But the WU's are shorter and they have different goals. Check out the website.

I used to contribute quite a bit here. I backed it down some because I couldn't even begin to threaten the Griz and they had worked through the majority of the backlog.
Still run it on my slower systems because they can do a work unit in under three days on that project.
