PrimeGrid has been migrated to the new server. This includes DNS updates, so you (and your BOINC client) might not be able to access it for some time until DNS change propagates.
We took the opportunity to implement a few changes into the scheduler (that you most probably will not see), and deployed updated BOINC forum code (not yet fully available for public, currently in testing only at BURP and PrimeGrid). If you notice any problems, please report them in the new Help Desk (make sure you do not post it if someone has already reported the problem).
