Has anyone had anything like this before? My avast! anti-virus program has just popped up a virus warning from a Folding unit.

File name: C:\Program Files\Folding@Home\work\wudata_09.chk
Malware name: Nutcracker family
Malware type: Virus/Worm
VPS version: 0548-0, 11/29/2005

I've moved the file to the virus chest.

Thanks for link, Dags. The Folding WU still seems to be running okay so I might leave things as they are and see what happens.

Thought I'd run the Symantec online Virus Detection and it's picked up 9 suspicious things so far, but I'll have to wait for it to finish to see what they are. Rolling Eyes
