It is ssssssooooooooo sssssssssllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwwww. I get the dreaded white page , at least my post goes through. It does this on both my mo-chines.

I blieve she is refering to "this" site. AKA KWSN Orbiting Fortress.
I have also noticed a bit of a delay when making posts here lately. After clicking the submit button it takes forever for it to update. I usually click on the submit button then page back and then refresh to speed it up. Seems strange but it works.

Hmm... probably has to do with the fact that the server that handles reverse DNS lookups for our server's IP address is down. Not sure why phpBB is doing a reverse lookup on its own IP address though... Plus I don't think I'm seeing the problem here. It could be your browser trying to do a reverse lookup - not really sure. Anyway, this server belonged to the person donating rackspace and network connectivity to us. We are working on setting up a secondary DNS server for him on our server. Stay tuned for more network excitement!

I agree that the site has been very slow the last few days. Confused

Browsing the forum and reading posts is no problems, but submitting a post takes ~30 seconds or more. Can't be a local thing then, but I do admit that my problems may just be the old "ghey Swede" thing... again... Embarassed

It's all pretty instant here. I've got the server set to do it's own dns resolution rather than relying on an outside server, so we shouldn't be subject to problems there. I can only guess that it's problems on your end.
