Also another bit of military technology, this site carriede an article on a new tpe of weapon being developed a Centrifugal Force Gun capable of up to 180,000 rounds per minute at up to 8,000 fps. ABout 6 inches thick, 20 inches square, weighing about 28 pounds, silent, no explosives used, just centrifugal force.

180,000 rounds per minute? EEP! I haven't read it yet, but it occurs to me there might be a wee little problem when you want to aim it at something outside the plane-of-rotation. _________________ -- Have you seen my goat? |
