I know only a few Knights actually BURP, but for those who do it seems the server will be down until the 22nd of July. For those who do not know BURP is a cell rendering process for animation as far as I can tell.

BURP ?!?, what kind of BOINC project is that... and WHO in thinking up therse acronymns? next they will be using the Fractal Animation Rendering Tool, or doing Seasonal Halitosis Inspection Tallying..

Okay it seems they have a lot of work now. Just ne forwarned it takes up a lot of memory usage and I mean a lot. At least it did on my machine.

I see the rabbit is missing out on Quantum Monte Carlo. How can you have a respectable collection of BOINC projects without that one?

Okay BURP has some more work now, about 2K, and it seems the memory usage on these is a lot better.

Mem usage is 114 to 128k, but for some reason mine keep starting over. And with 1 day deadlines.. Rolling Eyes
