I do have the linux box folding from time to time (used to do a fair bit of distributed folding before it went off-line), but find that the OpenBSD and FreeBSD boxes don't run the linux binary very well.

Apart from that, I've an OpenBSD based bootable CD that loads a number of projects into a ramdisk (I've posted about this elsewhere) and allows you to pick between projects to run (seti@home, distributed.net and e0n - used to do lifemapper too before that went off-line) so I tend to stick to projects that I can get running via that.
Saying that though, I've got boinc running climatepredition, seti and einstein at low priority on my linux and win2k boxes.

Looks like all that extra processing power we've added keeled the server over (okay, maybe not). Falling back to einstein@home and distributed.net in the meantime.

Howdy Ho!
I found that you should run Eon and F@H in the backround. No caching equals lots of time to upload and get new data. Normally you would lose time switching between projects, but I set F@H to 10/100 and Eon runs full bore until sending data.
