OK, I used http://predictor.scripps.edu/ and got to the email/password screen but I get no reply from the server. Is there any known problems happening their now or is that the right URL to use to attach?

Predictor seems to be working this morning. Also you should have gotten an email from them telling you what URL to use and your key/password.

We have updated the php and include files. There are some issues with account creation we are looking into.

The forum shows people asking if they are down.

Razz CONNECTED Laughing

I put some krill extract outside the Predictor server room door and out came all of the peguins. Just closed the door while they were figuring out where the smell was coming from...... Wink

Here's a science update from Predictor.

http://predictor.scripps.edu/scientific_update_cp.php

It's over my head, Rolling Eyes but it appears that Predictor and Rosetta do provide improved predictions of protein structure....
