Seems like ol' ratty's website is just bait/spam for BDSwiss who want to take your money under the guise of trading or investing. What a lot of BS!
www.bdswiss.com gives us the info that

BDSwiss Holding Plc's authorized representative is Andreas Kattis and the
registered office is at Makariou III Street 160, 3026 Limassol, Cyprus. Yes, Cyprus.
(postal adress though is Mainzer Landstrasse 41 60329 Frankfurt Germany.)

It does say at the bottom of their webpage (in very small text) "Risk Warning: Trading Binary Options is highly speculative and carries a high level of risk. It is possible to lose all your capital."

Update! - The German address is just a "virtual office" (see here ) and their CEO Peter Karsten lives in London (?) (see LinkedIn here ) and who went to KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm who have a programming course called Kattis (see here ) which just so happens to be the name of BDSwisses Authorized representative: Andreas Kattis (see here ). You could n't make this stuff up!
