Most recently (6-7 years ago) Oblivion IV on PS. Damn, I have almost lost my work and/or wife and I lost my sleep because of it (returning from work at 9-10 p.m, dinning 1 hour, starting to play it at 10 - 11 p.m., going to bed at 3 - 5 a.m., awakening up to work at 7 a.m. ... for something like 3 months

).

But, my favourites are adventures like The Monkey Island, Simon The Sorcerer, The Hobbit (command line game on ZX Spectrum), Dune, Dune II, UFO (OK, these are the real time strategies),... As you said Blurf, old-time school gamer Embarassed

Now? Pinball, mastermind, Colonization (rarely - it is also time-consumer)... I am looking forward to teaching my grandson how to become a gamer (he is 22 months old now) Twisted Evil
