Only GPUs supporting double precision floating point are compatible with GFN.
This new OpenCL app can also be run on Nvidia GPUs. Sometimes the OpenCL app is faster; sometimes the CUDA app is faster. You can select whichever one runs faster on your system.

Already downloaded one WU for my Radeon HD 6770M (Single Precision) @ MAC Mountain Lion, estimated run-time: 14:13:57 ETA: Error while computing after 2 secs
ETA2: Downloaded one for Radeon HD 7750 (very poor in Double Precision) @ Win7. Estimated run-time: 1189 hours 
Will probably abort it soon

It has to be a Double Precision card to work, same as NVidia.
I cannot do WR on my low end NVidia cards, as it takes too long.
Some day I may have powerful video cards.

Did a few GFN, run time approximately 33 hours per with 1 free CPU thread dedicated to GPU. Credits? Laughable - less than 30K per 
Wondering how it will take now to complete one, when I pull off the free CPU thread (to run CPDN on it  )
ETA: no difference in time - circa 33 hours even with all 8 CPU threads occupied with 7x WCG/CEP2 (huge RAM burden) + 1x CPDN

Finished GFN World Record WU, run time 1,625,554.32 secs (18.8 days), 561,120.41 credits.
