From Fight Malaria:
Quote:
Errors in current batch or WUs
Hi guys,
I'm sure you have noticed errors in the latest batch of WUs. This is due to formatting errors on a few ligands and results in many failed WUs because each ligand is paired with each receptor, therefore 1 failed ligand is muliplied by the number of proteins with which it is docked.

We have always had some errors in our ligands but the rate has been quite low (< 0.5%) overall until now. As the rate has increased (8% in the last 24 hours), I will be disabling the work generator until tomorrow afternoon while I weed out some of the errors.

Thanks for the feedback,
Kevin

Since it has been 3 days instead of 1 day mentioned above I took this project off the ballot for now...

Hello Colleen,
SkyNet POGS has a few identity issues. Rolling Eyes
They are not sure who they are but maybe that isn't important.
POGS and SkyNet and The Skynet POGS are one entity with multiple personalities. They go off their meds from time to time but they are getting some much needed counseling.
Unfortunately, they seem to be ignoring the counseling and skip therapy sessions when they are off the meds. Laughing

They have a new website that seems to be the product of one of those months they skipped the meds.

I think they get their 30 day supply of meds and take them all on the 1st day then coast until the next month.

SkyNet sounds like a few of my relatives but that's another story. So, if SkyNet POGS is the project for next month, do I use the link in my Project List, 'POGS' or do I use the link you listed? Thank you for the help. Smile

If you attached when they started, you'll probably need to detach/reattach. Try it, if you can't get work you probably need to reattach. The Boinc manager should have the current URL, http://pogs.theskynet.org/pogs/
