Ahh, shucks.
Weird thing today, my modem's been acting up every so often, needing rebooting. When I hit update for Cosmology on a Linux machine to check if the connection was down (it was), suddenly all my wu's in progress changed to 'Computational errors', as did every newly started WU at around 6 seconds. I rebooted the shrubber and it was OK again.
Lost ~45 core-hours though.
I moved the i5 to Convector, 2 cores with POEM GPU using the other 2.
Not crazy about Convector not having checkpoints nor a progress meter.

At least the WUs are very short - And there was already discussion of Checkpoints before I even joined! Here's hoping! _________________

On Cosmo checkpointing, I reviewed properties of active WU's and most of the checkpoints were within the last 10 - 30 minutes, one may have been an hour. WU's are completing in 9 - 14 hours on my hardware, so Checkpoints within 1/2 hour on WU's of this length seems reasonable to me...
Short WU's Phred? You must have awesome hardware, 'er wait I guess you're talking about Convector? Ne'er mind...
Average daily production is up to 68K, we shrubbed 84K yesterday. We've moved up 8 places in RAC, now in 6th place.
Kow power on this project is amazing - they've plopped over 100 million already this year.

I just noticed a jump in RAC at Boinc Synergy with a pattern that matches our own. Went over and checked - YEP! Cosmology is the PotM for June at Boinc Synergy. What a wunnerful wunnerful opportunity for tanutage! Actually perhaps a mirrored-reverse tanut as they're 5 places ahead and currently out-producing us...

OK I started a thread at Boinc Synergy, we're in trouble now:
