Poor Jeeves blew up on Sunday....or rather died with a wimper leaving a horrid acrid smell.

PSU also took the motherboard, CPU and GFx card with it....just my luck.

However Jeeves 2.0 has risen from the ashes.

AMD A8-5600K APU
8GB RAM (never had so much - had to reinstall Win 7 as 64-bit)
BOINC and Windows are now on a Samsung SSDs

Hopefully it'll last a while. Planning on running it less hard though.

I just got a 256GB SSD too - Mine is going into an H/P EliteBook 6930p - Sorry to hear about ol' Jeeves,
and I hope his Predecessor Processor can fill his shoes!
