Thanks to a colossal crunchin' contribution from Da Grizz, KWSN har leaped to #8 at eOn on RAC. Overclockers UK and Team U.S.A have been left in the wake of the Knights charge up the leader board.

At this rate we might even catch up with the Arse-y people on Total Credit.

Phew, who needs rock 'n' roll? Laughing

The top "bloody Vikings" (a.k.a. Team Norway) have 48 thread (24 core + HT) machines (note the plural) so there ain't much chance of catching them! Sad

Doing the Maffs on just my dualy Xeon (8 cores @ 2.0 Giggles) is the equivalent of ~ 3,000,000 a month in Muon (DPAD) , so Dr V ~@ 9,000,000 a day is ~270,000,000 a month , which is Err , 270,000,000/3,000,000 months production , which is ~ 90 months (seven and a half years) Shocked

for my server . So , 90 X 8 = 720 cores @ 2.0 Giggles , or 360 cores @ 4.0 Giggles . Or put another way , ~ 45 off i7 class boxes , or 15 off 24 core servers . Hmmm - wonder if he/she has an AC unit or four ??
