http://www.primegrid.com/challenge/challenge.php - Looks like it will be 321 LLR
I might be there, but probably in a reduced capacity. _________________

Wow--gonna be a hot one!
Quote: | ATTENTION: The primality program LLR is CPU intensive; so, it is vital to have a stable system with good cooling. It does not tolerate "even the slightest of errors." Please see this post for more details on how you can "stress test" your computer. WU's will take 8-12 hours on fast/newer computers and 25+ hours on slower/older computers. If your computer is highly overclocked, please consider "stress testing" it. Sieving is an excellent alternative for computers that are not able to LLR. |

Stress Testing for it
Before this stress test the highest temp was only 39C. Highest temp so far on the test over the last 6 hours even with an electric fire in the room is 43C. Machine is clocked to 3.7GB.
Passed every test on Prime5 so far without any probs.
This Frio really ROCKS
When this challenge is over I'm gonna start to work on clocking the puter and see if I can reach my goal of a stable 4.2GHZ system with all 6 cores _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

My slower Win7 machine is taking 17 hours per WU and the newer one 12 hours....room is heating up A LOT.
I'll leave the faster machine on it _________________

OK DOKEY
Stress Tested just shy of 23 hours with no errors or anything else showing up, so pretty certain I can fly with this project without any probs _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

I can get WUs...
Check that you set in the project prefences (in the site) to allow CPU WUs. _________________ Anyone for Crunch?

Done that and still nothing and it's now approaching an hour
I only select CPU as that is all I can do. _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

Sorted WU's coming through now. Any PrimeGird WU's suspended seems to cause a problem. I had a few SSG in that mode. _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

I am glad to TRY to help the team - Just don't expect much, oky-dokey?
Edit: Rank Name Team Score
1 Mike Sherman* Sicituradastra. 32438.81
He has results after 45 minutes? Is this even POSSIBLE?
Mine is gonna take days! |

OK - It's been several hours now and only four people listed? How did the d00d get results after 45 minutes when almost everybody in the WORLD doesn't have any for six hours plus? And he did not get another one in 45 minutes! No new results, even after SEVERAL hours later?!?!
This is VERY wrong!! STEENKY wrong! _________________

Now wait..this only counts for WU's downloaded AFTER 18:00 hours?? If so then I'm 8 hrs behind the ball game already as I am not allowed to access my machines from work _________________

PhastPhred
Its the taking part that counts
Blurf
Its not a problem. I did not get started on the project for over an hour. Just clear any suspended PG Wu's and any others you may have. _________________ What is that in the Shrubbery?

Got a late start and just got my first batch now. As for the early returners, remember that any WUs that don't validate will have their challenge points voided. Me thinks the first few that showed up (those around 45 minutes) will end up not resulting in any challenge credit. _________________
