New BOINC project. A KWSN team exists and I have joined. It seems that the WU from this project will run at the same time as other projects as well in the background.

but it does look like I need a gamma ray detector on my comp...

They're just testing their app. When the project goes into production it will be like quake catchers in that it runs quietly in the background and requires extra hardware.

had this in the log after turning in a WU for this

This showed up a whole bunch of times and the validate state says inconclusive so not sure if they are actually handing out credit for these
