Later today, I should pass 10,000,000 in DNETC which will be my thrid 10mil+ project. That's pretty exciting.
But on another note, this past week I have finally passed all the hurdles that started at the end of last summer. At one point I decided that a full-time job, volunteering for our local park, obeying my other half and dealing with two kids just wasn't enough stress. So I signed up to be an EMT. Went back to school, began doing ride-alongs and was recently credentialed and licensed. Now, all the red tape is over and I am officially part of the squad! Woo Hoo!

Let's see if I've understood you.
You ride around the park on your bike, looking for victims, sorry, afflicted personages. When you spot one, you get off your bike, run a 100m hurdles, dig up some earthworms and use them to sew up their wounds. Sounds like a fun way to spend some spare time. 
Seriously though, very well done. It gives one a warm feeling* that there are loonies who are prepared to do something really worthwhile.
* Damn, that incontinence thingy is getting quite bad these days.
