Compiling... I just used 3 days to try to compile the new blender version (2.36) in windows but failed. I give up on this; blender seems to be incredibly poorly maintained with regards to the windows compile files.<br /> For the future <b>there will be no support for the windows platform</b> - at least not until someone volunteers to do the compiling on that platform.<br /> Please take a look in <a href="http://burp.boinc.dk/forum_thread.php?id=23" rel="nofollow">this thread</a> to get more information about this.
