Forget cuda. Get a HD4870 or better ATI card. If milkyway can keep it fed it should do 100K per day or so.
The ATI cards are less expensive than the NVIDIA cards and at least for the time being have a better ROI #ni-1

For example : Sapphire HD4870 189.00 100K per day if properly fed.

don't bother, I've got one and there's no way you can keep it fed all the time, I'm lucky if I get 10k a day out of my 4870!

Are you running the update script? I'm doing much better on mine. With them idle most of the time i'm probably getting 30 to 40 K per day from each card.
