It looks like all the new 1hpv... workunits from Docking are bad.
Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad
They are all using 100% CPU with no progress until they timeout @ >27,000 seconds.
I have seen this on both Linux and Windoze machines.

STILL no admin response about this issue and it appears to be getting worse. Maybe we should avoid it entirely until this issue is resolved.

We suspended the generation of jobs. We are looking at the problem and we expect to restart generation of more robust jobs in the next 5 hours.

All the other functionalities of D@H are on. We still collect results and assign credits.

Thank you to all for the indication of the problem.

Michela

Hopefully, it's only a matter of hours...

From Docking homepage:
Important: Abort 1hpv
May 1, 2009 11:24 EST

The problem with 1hpv is not isolated and will affect ALL 1hpv workunits, the input file 1hpv_mod0014_* was sent corrupted and it is preventing the execution of workunits. We already cancelled these workunits at the server, but you also need to abort them from the clients. Thank you for your patience.
