I have mentioned before that I have more money tied up in this ( Boinc ) thing than I have in my vehicle.
So just for $#!ts & Giggles I tallied up my expenditures at New Egg over the last couple of years,.....
Now just for reference: I am driving a 1992 GMC Pickup, with Extended cab and an 8' bed that I bought 4 years ago for $1,400.00. It has 215,000 miles.
Since 6/1/2004 when I started my account with New Egg, I have spent $11,814.00 on computer equipment at just that one retailer.
I was shrubbing at least 3.5 years before that and I have also bought things at "Brick and Mortar" stores as well........
Not to mention all the machines I have Borged........
I am kinda wondering.......... Wouldn't I rather have a Jag

Are you crazy?! It's gotta be the Jag!
I love Jags. They're my dream car.
I had an XJ6 pre- and post-kiddies. It was old and in need of a paint job but it was lovely...and the ex took it for his girlfriend to drive around in.
It was like this one, except a sort of a faded cream colour. Leather upholstery (cracked ), wood dashboard, twin petrol tanks, big tank to park in little parking spaces but it was a dream to drive.

First on the road driving lesson I had with my Dad was in an XJ6 4.2
Scared the life out of me and put me off driving for another five years...
(I suspect it was a cunning plan on his part as he had promised to buy me a car if I passed my driving test first time. When I finally got around to learning to drive I did pass first time. He didn't buy me a car... )

I've wanted one of these since I was old enough to realize not all cars were the same:
or, of course in the topless variety:
These are the sexiest cars ever built. _________________

I had a friend who put a Blown 350 chevy in one of those. It would shake the ground 1/4 mile away. _________________ a.k.a. Licentious of Borg.........Resistance Really is Futile.......

I learned to drive in the family car. A 1972 Pontiac Safari Stationwagon.
in that green color (no wood paneling. Thank God!)
She is 19ft. 6in. in length, 6ft 7 wide all exterior measurements.
Here is a picture of the dashboard, it was exactly like this one (without the cigarettes)
The first car I fell in love with was the 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix:
It was my Grandparent's car. Several years after my Grandfather died and when my Grandmother got to the point that she should not drive anymore, I got it. She handled like a dream. It hurt when I had to sell her. My wife and I were starting to plan on kids and you can't do a baby carrier and car seats in a 2 door car.
Now my main ride is a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT2:
That one is not mine, right color, wrong rims. Sweet ride. I turn the key, she starts and goes! Horses when I need them, purrs the rest of the time. _________________ Fetch me the Holy Hand Grenade!

If you are getting a Jag, think old (my fav):

The top looks like a 150, nice.
Is the one on the bottom a Sunbeam? _________________

Yeah, It's a 63 Alpine, $75 special (some assembly required).
This is what it looked like when I dragged it home:

Great job on the restoration. At first I thought it was a Tiger, but couldn't spot the blue oval. _________________
