Note for the day- I found a bug (caused by the AllProjectStats crash a
couple of days ago) that resulted in users not getting matched up right with
their "Yesterday" data. That was been causing people to show up as new
users everyday. New users, Milestones, and Rank Changes should be
back tomorrow, I turned it off for today.
