Congrats to alpha_fruit who passed 1,000,000 in D2ol
Congrats to [KWSN] Dr-Vornoffs-Hex-Machina who passed 90,000,000 in Muon1

* Added NI_RAC (A faster reacting RAC, complements of AlDente ).
Used to compute over-takes (hopefully more accurate during a "Charge").
Note- It is calculated for our team only ( I do not store previous data for other teams), so I may not see another team's charge coming.
[EDIT] Tomorrow will will start seeing NIRAC for us and "them" reflected in the over-take calculations (Unless of course I screwed up the system with the changes).
It may help to see if someone is trying to mount a charge and "sneak up on us".
