Congrats to Phillip Sprules who passed 2,000,000 in MilkyWay@Home

1) Sorry about the late post, I forgot.
2) I'm not sure what is up with SETI, this is the second time this week they did not do an XML run in time to get into the stats.
3) I put in Leader/Follower fields. Note: Some Non-Boinc project have "bogus" values shown for "RAC". I'm working on it.
4) Whoops! Just found a bug in the over-take code. Sorry about that. Now all better.
